Straight answers
Which coverings are on the card?
Floor covering supply comes in laminate, hybrid, vinyl plank, carpet, engineered timber, bamboo and solid timber at their own rates, with lay labour per square metre or by the day. Underlay, moisture barrier, levelling, grinding, sand and polish, trims and carpet gripper are separate lines.
Does it handle removal and old vinyl?
Remove old flooring is a line on the card, and the flooring hazard set opens with removal of existing flooring, including the stop-and-test rule for old vinyl that may be asbestos-backed. The high-risk questions ask about adhesive fumes and that backing before you sign.
Can I type the job and get a draft?
Type or say the area and the board and the engine sets the quantities, adds removal when you mention it and warns you about a slab moisture check where it matters. It tells you what it assumed. The prices come from your rate card, never from an AI.
Do I get the deposit before I order the packs?
Yes. The client opens the quote link, picks a package, e-signs and pays the deposit by card, or marks a bank transfer. Sumitt also shows the gap between what the deposit brings in and what the materials cost, so you know what you are fronting.
