Paid invoices land in Xero as drafts, and quotes, invoices and payments export as CSV. Sumitt warns when a total crosses a Queensland, New South Wales or Victorian licence line, and never blocks.

Straight answers
Does it price by class of soffit and prop height?
Yes. Formwork is a trade pack: pick the entry, type the dimensions, and the class of finish, prop height and thickness multiply your own base rate. Labour, material and hire show split, and the resolution is snapshotted on the quote so a later rate edit never moves an issued price.
Whose rates does it use?
Yours. The formwork rate card starts empty and a short setup fills the entries you use most, with guidance rates flagged until you set your own. Slabs, walls and columns, edges and steps, hire, standby and engineer-certified propping are all entries.
Does it handle progress claims for the builder?
Yes. The builder opens the quote link, accepts and e-signs, and pays the deposit or the first claim. Numbered progress claims with their own pay links follow the job, capped at the contract, with retention tracked and variations approved in writing.
Does the SWMS cover the deck edge and the strip?
The formwork hazard set covers erecting the deck and propping, cutting and fixing ply, timber and ties, and stripping the soffit, with edge protection before the ply goes down and strip only on the engineer's release. The high-risk questions ask about edges, propping and the exclusion zone. You confirm and sign.
