Straight answers
Cement, acrylic or bagging?
The render system line comes as two-coat cement, an acrylic base and texture system or a bagging finish at their own rates, with membrane topcoat and foam cladding as lines. Materials-only lines price site-mix, base render bags and texture pails when the labour is quoted separately.
Is scaffold priced as its own line?
Yes. A scaffold allowance per square metre sits in the access group, and saying two storey in the scope adds it with a warning that it is an allowance to replace with the scaffolder's price. Hack-off, pressure clean and keycoat prep, crack repair, beads, joints, reveals and quoins are lines too.
Does the SWMS cover silica and height?
The rendering hazard set covers mixing and material handling, hack-off and surface prep, and application at height, with silica, cement burn and scaffold controls. The high-risk questions ask about height and dust controls. You review, edit and sign; Sumitt prepares the paperwork.
