Straight answers
Does it handle waterproofing and removal?
Both are lines in the prep group, with primer and screed beside them. A waterproofing line pulls membrane hazards into the safety pack and a removal line pulls demolition hazards, so the paperwork follows the priced job.
Which tile grades are on the card?
Tile supply comes in ceramic, standard porcelain, large-format porcelain and natural stone at their own rates, with adhesive, grout, feature tiling, trims, silicone, niches and sealer as separate lines. Lay labour bills per square metre, per day or per hour.
Does the SWMS cover silica?
Yes. The tiling hazard set covers substrate prep and waterproofing and cutting and laying, with wet cutting or extraction and a respirator as the control. The high-risk questions ask about silica controls and wet-area waterproofing. You confirm on site and sign; Sumitt prepares the paperwork.
Can I say the job and get a draft?
Type or say the room and the tile and the engine derives the quantities and prices them, telling you what it assumed. Say bathroom and it knows a wet area is involved. The numbers come from your rate card, never from an AI.
