In the app: Open Templates
- Pick a tab, e.g. “Quote send message” or “Follow-up #1 (gentle)”.
Each tab edits one specific piece of text used somewhere in the money path.
- Write your version in the textarea.
Keep the hint text in mind: inclusions, for example, read best as one line each.
- Insert real data with the {{variable}} buttons, e.g. {{client_name}}, {{total}}, {{due_date}}.
Sumitt fills in the actual number or name when the message goes out. Nothing stays a placeholder.
- Check the live preview, then tap “Save templates”.
Look for “✓ Saved”. That’s confirmation it stuck.
