  1. Open Tools → Settings.

    In the app: Open Settings

  2. Check Payment details: account name, BSB, account number.

These print on every quote and invoice so clients always know where to send money.

  3. Set your Default markup, Deposit % and Min margin.

These seed the margin gauge on every new quote. Keep the deposit at 10% for residential work. Sumitt warns above the AU cap.

  4. Edit any rate directly inside a quote’s Rate breakdown.

Rates are guidance, not gospel. Overwrite a rate while quoting and you’re pricing with your numbers, not ours.

  5. Set your region so starting rates match your market.

Capital-city and regional rates differ. The region setting adjusts the starting point per trade.
